Fry 2-3 lbs. of diced pork. Use minimal amount of oil and season meat with salt, garlic salt, reseasoning salt and black pepper. Cook meat on medium heat -- when meat is about 1/2 cooked, add diced garlic and onions. After meat is cooked, add 1/4 cup of flour to meat and stir for about 1 minute. Add 1 glass of water to meat and flour and stirr until the lumps are out. Vendor registration is now open for the 2018 summer market. The market will run Saturdays from June 16th to Sept 8th, 9am to 2pm rain or shine. Vendors can register for a full season or a few select dates. Booth fees are $500 or $600 for a full season depending on market booth location. Daily rate is $75. Registration for the 2015 Summer Market opens Nov 1, 2014. There are a few changes worth noting: FREE full-season booth spaces are being offered to PRODUCE vendors. Register today! Market season will be every Saturday, June 13 - Sept 5. 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Full season vendor booth fee is $600 for a premiere location (corner booth or middle of market) and $500 everywhere else. We are working on centralizing all food vendors for easier convenience to guests. We expect the food vendors to be relocated to the southern end of the market. Due to extensive feedback, we are limiting the number of jewelry vendors. We recommend jewelers also consider the Vail, Dillon, Aspen or Denver markets for your vending needs.
